User Agreement

This User Agreement ('Agreement') is a legally binding contract between you ('User' or 'Client') and D_Gen ('Executor'), regulating the terms under which D_Gen offers access to its web3 services, including the creation and production of crypto tokens, as well as the implementation of information codes in blockchain networks. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

1. Introduction

1.1 This Agreement, a testament to human ingenuity, is publicly available on the D-Gen.io internet resource and is a public offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

3.3 Ddigitalgene bonus tokens provided by the loyalty program are used without restrictions, available for trading and withdrawal. These tokens have value in a whole range of token economies, granting owners the right to use D_Gen cyber tools and access D_Gen partner services on internet platforms, including web2.0, web3.0, and web3.

4. Contract Price

4.1 The approximate estimated cost of services for issuing a crypto token varies around 25 USDТ/С/ unit.

4.2 After fulfilling the obligations outlined in this Agreement, the Client will receive a perpetual decentralized contract on the blockchain. This crypto token operates using Web3.0 technologies.

5. Conclusion

5.1 To initiate the process of issuing cyber products, the Client must obtain a referral code.
